Exchange & Return

Depending on where you live, you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 ("CCRs") or equivalent consumer legislation in the EU. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you received our goods. To carry out your right of revocation, you have to contact us at: service@jaydaze.de

A free return is possible in Germany and the EU. For a return outside the EU, the client has to take the responsibility. However, the right of withdrawal applies only to unworn, unwashed and faultless products that are returned in their original condition and from which the labels have not been removed. Please note: Individualized and customized articles are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The return is only possible via our shipping service provider DHL and the return has to be done in one shipment. If you want to return several items, they have to be returned to us in a single shipment.

It’s only possible for us to accept returns for which all the conditions above apply.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to accept any goods that do not meet the return policy outlined above.

Please understand that at the moment we only accept returns from products that you purchased from the Jay Dazé online shop.

If you wish to return products you purchased otherwise, please contact the store where you got these products directly.

Return

Should you wish to return individual articles or the entire order, you have the opportunity to return them to us within Germany as well as within the EU free of charge as follows:

1. Write us at service@jaydaze.com that you want to return the goods (name, first name, address, order date, order number, color). Then you will receive an e-mail from us with the link to the free return slip for you. Please print this out.

2. Put the articles in their original packaging and close it well and carefully. 

3. Glue the return slip clearly visible on the outside of your package.

4. Bring the package to a DHL post office near you or have it picked up from your home if possible.

It may take several days until your return has been received in our warehouse and until it’s professionally checked. After processing your return, you will receive a notification by e-mail.

If you have any questions or in case of a packet loss, it’s helpful to keep the original package return receipt until you have received a confirmation of your return. 

Complaint 

Jay Dazé guarantees uncompromisingly high quality. But if one of our products should ever be defective, you are, of course, entitled to warranty rights. Send us the defective article back for free with the return slip you will get via e-mail. The details of your warranty rights can be found in our Terms and Conditions (§ 9 Warranty and Liability).

Please note that you can only return products in the online shop that you have purchased online from us.

Refund

After an effective cancellation and after the review process with the return policy, we will refund your full payment. The refund will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the date on the notification of your cancellation of this contract has been received by us. We may refuse the payment until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

You may be liable for any loss of value that may occur if the loss is due to you not handling the products properly regarding the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

For the refund, we use the same currency that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. In no case you will be charged for repayment fees.

Experience has shown that the bank may take a few working days to process the refund on your bank / credit card account after the goods have been returned. This is due to the processing speed of your bank, which we cannot influence.
