All of our products are sent reliably and faultless with our shipping service provider DHL. In spite of all care, the delivery may be damaged during the transport. Since all packages are insured against robbery and accident damage, DHL will refund any damaged or not arrived products for free. As soon as the written confirmation of the receipt has been received, this insurance coverage expires.

Please note the following procedure:

Damages in transit have to be claimed immediately before the signature is placed with the supplier, so we recommend to check the products before signing. 

We can only deliver to the shipping address you stated while ordering. Changes after placing your order aren’t possible.

Please note: We do not deliver to forwarders, postal addresses or packing stations.

Delivery Time

Within Germany you have the choice between a standard and an express shipping. The return is for each shipping within Germany and the EU for you free of charge. The return outside the EU is at the customer's own responsibility.

Germany:         1 Business days (Express Shipping)
Germany: 1  -   3 Business days (Standard Shipping)
Within EU: 1  -   3 business days (Express Shipping)
Outside EU: 3  - 12 business days 

Your order will be processed immediately after the receipt. The delivery times are approximate from the date of shipment, not from the date of order. The delivery times are only indicative and depend on the acceptance and confirmation of your order. Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance in some countries.

All deliveries have to be confirmed upon receipt.

Shipping outside the EU

Please note that the costs for import and customs clearance are not included in the shipping costs and will be billed separately by DHL. In the event that the ordered products are retained in whole or in part, please send us the import documents. In this case, we will gladly refund the German VAT for these products.
